Shipping policy

We ship our orders with USPS or UPS. Shopify helps us provide a shipping and delivery estimate, though items sometimes may arrive sooner, and sometimes may arrive later during busy periods. 

Please note this may not account for any processing/handling time. We are a small business and try to ship out all orders within 2 business days. We often ship orders the same day they are received. 

We recommend ordering prior to December 14th if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas. 

Please take the estimated shipping and delivery times into account before purchasing. Please also note that these shipping times are estimates and due to variables in delivery times, and due to us no longer having control over the package once it is shipped, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times or delivery dates.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Please notify us immediately by email or phone if there are any errors in your shipping address. Once your order is shipped we can not make changes to the shipping address. We are not responsible for - and can not replace or refund - orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
